Take Glass out of the frame and trace the shape onto chipboard to create the chalkboard surface. Trim chipboard. I found this frame at Michael's, but any style frame will work for this project.

Paint chipboard surface with chalkboard paint. It took four coats of paint to cover the surface evenly.
When the chipboard surface is completely dry, glue the chipboard to the glass frame for support and place it back inside the frame.

Stamp the Little Red Wagon children onto white cardstock and fussy cut.
Color with markers as desired.

For the clothing, stamp them again onto various pattern paper scraps and cut them out. Glue the fussy cut clothing onto the white base.

Adhere the Little Red Wagon children onto the chalkboard frame.

Embellish with various School themed stickers. I used some October Afternoon Stickers that I had in my stash.
