Personal information is collected during the registration and purchase process. We may ask for your name, address, email address, phone number, as well as other similar personal information that is needed to register for services or offers. Email addresses are used only to deliver requested information. We consider your privacy a priority and will ensure its protection. Be assured that we will not sell or abuse this information. You may choose to have your information removed from our email list at any time.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. We want you to be satisfied with every item you purchase from PinkPersimmon.com. If you should wish to return or exchange an item for any reason, please contact darcy@pinkpersimmon.com, and our Customer Service Staff (that would be Darcy) will give you the address and a return number for your order or partial order. The item must be in its original packaging, in its original box and have the packing slip included for proper credit. The Customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance on returns, except when defective or mis-shipped products are sent. If it’s our mistake, we’ll send a call tag to pick up your package via UPS.  We recommend you insure the package and keep the shipping receipt on hand until credit is issued. Refunds will be issued upon return of the product in good condition and should appear on your credit card statement within 7 to 14 days.
